By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. We process your data based on contractual necessity, legitimate business interests, and where applicable, your explicit consent.
Includes your name, email address, company name, phone number, physical business address, and Tax Identification Numbers (EIN/VAT). This data is necessary for account creation and branding of estimates.
Information about your roofing projects, including end-customer names, project addresses, roofing dimensions, material specifications, and uploaded project photographs.
Audio recordings and transcriptions submitted via our "Voice-to-Quote" feature. These files are processed to extract structural data for estimate generation.
Financial transactions are handled securely by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers or CVV codes on our infrastructure.
Roofiqo utilizes Large Language Models and speech-to-text APIs (primarily OpenAI) to facilitate the Service.
Privacy of Audio Recordings:
Audio data is sent to OpenAI via secure, encrypted API channels for immediate transcription. We do not use your proprietary project data or raw audio files to train general public AI models. Data is processed in accordance with the data privacy addendums provided by our AI infrastructure partners.

We retain your Personal Information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. We will also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information (SSL/TLS encryption, database firewalls), no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
